Some ideas for moving forward:

There are a lot of changes afoot in New Jersey schools. Coming on the heels of the emergency adaptation to remote, virtual, and hybrid education, it stands to reason that parents, teachers, administrators, and community members are feeling overwhelmed. I don't know if you're familiar with Desmond Tutu's sage observation that "there is only one way to eat an elephant: one bite at a time," but the principle applies here. What's the best way to help everyone through these changes? Take your time, communicate effectively, stay dedicated to the work, and be honest about your progress. Here are some ways we can help:

Administrative Coaching

There are plenty of ways that administrators can foster and promote ethical, inclusive practices. We can work with teams and coach individual admins.

Equity Plans

Let's move from compliance to commitment. We can help to lead a community-wide effort to engage in the process of achieving equity.

Curriculum Development

There are so many new standards and too many demands on everyone's time. If you need some help updating your curricula, let us know. We'll be happy to support your team.

Instructional Strategies

This is where the rubber meets the road. How effective are your lessons? Where can you find an open lane to speed ahead? We can help with lesson plan, delivery, and assessment.

Data Analysis

How are you measuring student success? And, how is your data analysis impacting student placement and instructional strategies? Let's take a look!
